This game was developed for the 2017 Global Game Jam. The idea was that you will get new cards from the killing enemies, maybe different enemies will give you different cards. That in turn allowed you to build a deck that you could then use to kill other players, the multiplayer idea was scratched as we didn't had enough time. Link to play the game!
My role in this project started as a environment artist where I designed the props for the map and the layout of it. After that I shifted to coding and created a character controller that combined that spell system and the UI elements that bring the game together.
